A Homeowners Association website can be a community’s greatest tool for both business communication and social communication within the community. Oftentimes, an excellent HOA website can mean the difference between a community that clearly interacts with residents and enjoys a healthy sense of community, and a community that is slow to move and respond with outdated means of communication.

Jordan Estates Subdivision Homeowners Association, Inc. is the legal entity of Homeowners Association exists in Jordan Estates Subdivision and its primary objective is to construct, manage, maintain and operate adequate facilities and services for its members; and to initiate and organize socio-cultural projects and activities to awaken community consciousness and belonging.

I created the website using a mixed of Google platform, HTML and CSS

Zabbix is an enterprise-class open source distributed monitoring solution.

Zabbix is software that monitors numerous parameters of a network and the health and integrity of servers. Zabbix uses a flexible notification mechanism that allows users to configure e-mail based alerts for virtually any event. This allows a fast reaction to server problems. Zabbix offers excellent reporting and data visualisation features based on the stored data. This makes Zabbix ideal for capacity planning.

This is one of the major project I was able to developed and contribute to the company. Great advantage for the operations and to fellow IT team where we can easily identify a certain problem before it become a disaster.
